Great vid, I agree with the points about Vrabel, he took the Titans to an AFC Championship with Ryan Tannehill as his QB. He consistently gets more out of his team than his roster's talent level and Would be a great culture guy. I think he learned a lot from the Titans and I believe he is a genuinely great coach.

Rex in A tier without coaching anywhere since what 2016? I just don’t see Rex coming back and actually being good. Just a nostalgia hire with Jets fans cause he was the coach the last time the team was good.

Did you guys read the article? The jets spokesperson (aka woody himself) effectively confirmed the validity of most of the article. Only he believes they exaggerated and stretched the truth, but the truth is probably somewhere in the middle. Everyone in the building knows they’re getting fired so they’re all talking to reporters in exchange for goodwill come hiring season. Woody is a terrible owner and the results from 2000-2010 have no relevance in 2025. All this shit is gonna make it so much harder to a hire a good HC/GM.
