I used to love screamer. Can't believe it's been almost 30 years! 😊

ANOTHER WORLD➡FLASHBACK➡FADE TO BLACK Sadly, I never got the opportunity to play this last sequel due to lack of decent and affordable PCs in the mid-90s in Eastern Europe. Amigas 500s & 1200s all the way.

One of the rare cases where you could argue that msx version looked better than the c64 version.

I remember that game, other name was 4d sports driving. Never played the championship though, mostly playing with the track editor

Used to make custom tracks and share them with my friends. I got one that my friend named after his first girlfriend haha! That first track, if you hit the hill with one of the faster cars, you go right over the barrier and gain a few seconds.

Wow - very impressive. Total control! I LOVE this game ❤ - btw, if you use an emulator or MiSTer FPGA try switching it to NTSC to make the gamer a bit faster/harder :)

You actually almost made it through the 2nd railshooter without once dodging laterally, I'd say kudos for that :D I'm guessing after all these years and a few handy comments about the rotation keys , you probably largely took your revenge on that now ;)

Poor version. Well its ok but technically it has poor c64 features. The ship is not right. The sprite system is all over place ie multi plexing. Compare this to Peter Barons Salamander from Imagine. That is just way technically superior. The screen should scroll up n down slightly. The walking bots are wrong. The enemy bullets disappear and flicker badly. If the team behind armalyte had done it. What a conversion we could have had. I hope some rewrites this game like they did with commando and ghost goblins.

In some way this was a kind of very early GTA! I also remember and love the real Hot Wheels cars with the "damage mode". Great toys as a child. And games back then were creative. Although I never really have known what to do in this game I liked those early attempts to create open world games with much freedom (- relatively to the abilities of C64 hardware) like this one, or Raid on Bungeling Bay. Those times and games had a kind of magic to them to me as a child and I am very thankful for growing up in the 80s and 90s. It weren't only games but the whole feeling together with toys, magazines, movies, cinema, music, ... just everything (!!!) was new and better, much better than the times to be a human within a human society are now. And that's sad. But the older I get the more I love it to go back to those times within myself whenever I want to without living completely in the past. But memories and emotions couldn't be paid with money nor anything else.

I remember me and my older brother would eat breakfast in the kitchen/living room whilst waiting for this game to load. Suddenly this music would come on and we would rush to the bedroom to play, and mum was like; "Come back and finish your food!" lol

The nerve to even try this on Amiga is impressive enough, but that is actually as good as it is is astonishing. I think I finished it all tracks back in the day.
