I am absolutely madly in love with your idea to do this as a memorial gift. I think that's a PERFECT idea 💡!! Your laminated photo will definitely last in the water as long as you make sure it's completely sealed when you cut the picture out after it's laminated! One thing I forgot to mention in my video - I would not recommend using really fine glitter because I learned that it will stick to the laminated images. (Still looks pretty but doesn't move around much when you shake it.) Larger glitter works best! I hope you enjoy the process. Please let me know if you have any questions while you're working. 🩷

Thank you very much. For the snow, I mix baking soda with modge podge! I don't really have the exact measurements down because I feel like I always change it depending on the project, but I start with a little of both and just keep adding one or the other to get the right consistency. Then after you apply it, add the glitter to the top!
