With only 155K on the odometer it seems like a bit early to need new struts. I own a 2012 with 172K on it and original struts are still fine.

They may have a bit more left in them. No leaks but the boots have all disintegrated.

The 20mm looks really nice. I’d like to get some of these for mine. I was wondering if there’s anything other than Loctite that could be used since those threads are so shiny and new.

@@turnerdrywallrestoration8077 the Perrin instructions mentioned oil but you have to toque to a lower value. I am thinking I will use loctite 290 after another round of torque. 290 is designed to wick in on already installed hardware

My 2023 2SS came from the factory with a deleted sound tube! I drive around with the back seat back dropped down so I can hear it more.

I bought the same chair cylinder. I have a Teknion Contessa. After i installed the new oasis cylinder, it sinks right back down completely. Do I need to adjust the screw? There's no video of this particular chair on how to do that.

It sounds like the new cylinder is defective. I got about a year out of this one until it failed again

I believe I posted a video tracking it down to a loose heat shield on the exhaust. I bought some metal ties to replace a missing factory one.

The cheapest I've seen one of these is around $150. I'm not sure it's worth that to me.

Made a big difference for me but just depends on the individual. One thing to note is the padding is thinner on the extended one

Does it matter which way the white lever is placed? I’m confused with the module, the part that spins has a gap”missing gear” is that suppose to line up with how you place the part that spins?

I wonder about heat buildup? Does the speaker level turn on work properly but more importantly, does it turn OFF automatically as well?

I didn’t have any heat issues especially with a class d amp. The speaker level triggers shutdown well. They have a delay from when the last signal was received and shutdown.

Hello the line converter that I used had a remote triggered by the input signal. There are some amps that do this as well on their speaker level inputs.

Bought a kit that came with this tool but it didn't work out for me. Had to use the pipe wrench method and wd 40 but DOWNWARDS smashing the pipe wrench with a mallet to have the most force. The aeron classic I have is probably nearly 2 decades old and the gas cylinder was probably why the previous owner got rid of it for cheap.

I have same issue on my brand new 2024 S650 GT... very disappointing to have a brand new car sound broken. Took it to Ford a couple times already and they say its the infamous typewriter tick issue which is normal for these cars.. what a bummer

Thank you for this video, I got a new evap harness order for my 2016 Fiesta with a single port silicone intake tube and installed them in a day. The hardest part was the front lower line that connects to the lower intake tube. The 2016 model fiesta st has a rubber hose that runs down there with a different connection, once you get that off it's easy. After 2 days or so of driving my check engine light is out! Thanks again for the video and to Whoosh motorsport

These came on my red 2012 SE in 16" when I bought it and I'm considering a set of the 17" with white accent for my black 2019 ST. They would pair really well with the white stiched alcantara interior work and off center white stripe I'm planning. Just an FYI for anyone finding this video years later these are INCREDIBLY easy to curb rash.

a little bit late for the party lol . i can confirmed that it works for 2015 St3 with a 2018 titanum sync3 upgrade. i cant figured it out why my rear camera not turning on when reversing. i coppied exactly what you have on 7D0-01-02 and it worked ! thanks

Using the tool wrong, keep the bolt in loosely and apply the tool on top of the bolt to push off of the bolt head

Gave it a try as I wanted to install an Align Tactical gas pedal in place of the stock take down lever on a brand new P320 X-5 Legion. Worked perfectly and I applied a little TW 25 white gun grease to the new lever pin and everything was good. Thanks for this tip.

I found out it’s the older corolla versus the new ones, the newer tensioners don’t have that O-ring.

I think it was a fosgate prime mono. Either 250. 1 or 500.1 it’s been awhile since I had that car.

I think the o ring is for the older engine. When I did this on a 2003 it was the o ring style. My 2009 is gasket only.
