For a small country with so much developing on, it is amazing how so many landmarks still remain, amidst the changes of their surroundings. Thank you for this video, nostalgia for someone like me who was born in the 70s and growing up witnessing the actual change.

Nevertheless we still have to educate our younger generations to appreciate what’s left so that future developments do not rob the existing heritage off us. Thanks for ur input Veronica☺️🙏🏻

@@sarafiansalleh6200 Maybe we should drink kopi and chat. (1) Labrador Park, Tanjong Berlayar Fort. The tunnels, the legend of tunnel to Sentosa, the guns, etc. (2) Old Reformatory Road to Pasir Panjang and faced our local platoon under LT Adnan at the Kent Ridge Ridge. (3) The former Fuel tanks at Normanton Park before the old Army Point blocks and now the new Condo. (4) One undocumented Machine Gun Pillbox at Labrador I remember playing around when I was younger. I dare not go search alone as I saw Cobra at that location before. (5) Sultan Shoal Lighthouse. Now mainland reclaimed till almost touching it. (6) Alexandra Hospital, Gillman Barracks, And all the former barracks. (7) Kranji War Memorial - Operation Jaywick and Rimau. Some buried at Kranji War Memorial. (8) I read somewhere when Kampong Radin Mas demolished, the residents given HDB flats at Queens Close.

Awesome video bro. Thanks for tough research gone into this work. 3:19 This grave site is on a hill at Holland Road beside HDB blocks 11, 12 & 13. You can see Holland Village in this photo. I used to slide down this hill slope with cardboard boxes in 80's, of cuz the cemetery was gone by then. It was a park the last time I was there many many years ago.

Do you know anything about the Keramat of a holy man along the railway track at Bukit Timah. opposite the Ford Factory? When I was a kid, I see that tombstone and many people pray there. There was also a kampong there before. Now it's removed. The place change alot now so I might not be able to point the exact spot.

Radin Mas Ayu was the daughter of warrior prince Pangeran Adipati Agung from the kingdom of Java. In your description, you wrote her father was Tengku Bagus which is incorrect. Tengku Bagus was the nephew of Radin Mas Step Mother. Hope this clarifies. Cheers.

Thanks for ur comments. I did not say TBagus was her father. Pengiran Agung was her father.

@@sarafiansalleh6200 Quote from your Description "Her father, Tengku Bagus, remarried after her mother passed away, bringing into their home a stepmother who harbored deep jealousy and resentment towards Radin Mas Ayu". Maybe I read it incorrectly, my apologies.

Think What they actually mean is You cannot be Given the same Level of Recognition as their Obedient PAP Counterparts…. All boils down to Lee Kuan Yew’s Bad Habits of always Taking Credit for Everything as if Singapore was not already a Thriving Trading Hub even before Raffles … Why not do an Episode on LKY’s Bad Habits? ie. Land Grab , Destroying Influential People, Families & even entire Arab Community, Notorious Obsession of Controlling Mainstream Media , Trying Play God , Marginalising, Oppressing & Distrusting SG Muslims etc … Btw , am Not Muslim 😊

Interesting… Will not be surprised if Reason Why these not known or even thot in Schools is linked to Lee Kuan Yew’s Bad Habits… ie. Land Grab, Destroying Influential People, Families, Communities, Controlling Mainstream Media, Trying to Play God , Marginalising and Oppressing SG Muslims etc … This is pbly the Reason Why this remain Hidden & Never thot in Schools… In LKY’s Mind , Only he & PAP are to be credited for Singapore’s Success … Which is Not True Bcz Singapore was always ahead of her Time compared to her Neighbours even before Raffles … Continue to make such videos to debunk this PAP Brainwashing myth..Btw , an not Muslim 😊

The cost of tickets was only 25 cents for adults and children of certain age free. When it rained the cinema was flooded and people used to smoke in the cinema as well. 😊

Semoga Allah temukan saya dgn mereka yg masih hidup. 🤲😩😭
