Do you have any recent informatin on nerve damage causing drop foot due to anterior hip replacement? I was told retractors stretched or possibly compressed my nerve but not cut . I am beginning month 5 with drop foot. I do exercises everyday thru PT. I am now able to move my ankle right to left and left to right. My 2nd toe seems to have minimal movement. I have no dorsiflexion. I have some understanding of the sheath, axons etc.

Thank goodness that I went to a medical professional that is treating me for gastric issues at the moment. She is referring me to a gastric specialist that will see if I have this condition soon.
