good video, Arpan. just one clarification: at 1:13/14 you say "BCR gene is highly active that is why ABL leads to ABL kinase...." but its not clear why transcription of one gene leads to product of another gene. I'm assuming its a mistake?! if so pls clarify. thanks.

Sorry for the confusion. The BCR-ABL fusion protein results from the translocation of the BCR gene to the ABL gene, leading to increased kinase activity. The close proximity of the BCR gene to the ABL gene may alter the conformation of the ABL kinase domain, enhancing its expression and activity within the fusion protein.

Its the BCR enhancer region which is really strong , enhancer can act on any nearby location to increase transcription .
