Thats so pretty. Hope all is working out and youre doing good. Would you do a talk about what it takes to move in and how much you need to GET IN to the apartment? I'm actually in Orlando getting ready to get a place so just curious how much it cost to actually get the keys in hand?
@Tyrajohnnae Жыл бұрын
When I got my first place in Orlando back in 2019 the process was simple for me. Idk how it is now though since Covid and everything. If your credit is good then you probably won’t have to come up with a lot of money up front. Every apartment is different so I would just do research. As far as my place in CLT the process was simple for me too. I think having good credit helped with that and also having money for deposit, first months rent

@@Tyrajohnnae Sweet! I’m trying to bring it up to a 700 AT LEAST before I move out. Hopefully I won’t have major deposits and it’ll be easy. It’s always nerve wracking because of the fear of the unknown. I’m scared to move out because I’m scared of those unexpected expenses. How did you handle that? Single mom, too. Just trying to have faith.
@Tyrajohnnae Жыл бұрын
@@proper.role.model.819 I was too when I moved out of my parents house, but don’t let the fear stop you. The best advice I can tell you is budget budget budget. I write out all of my monthly expenses and divide that by the number I times I get paid each month. I get paid weekly so that would be 4, biweekly 2. That amount then tells me how much I need to put aside each pay period for bills. And I transfer that money to a separate checking account and have my bills on autopay to there so I don’t worry about missing a bill. Every time I get paid I sit and write out my budget for the week, each dollar goes somewhere. And save each time you get paid. Even if it’s $5 or $500 any amount is better than 0. You got this and I’m praying you and your child have a smooth transition into your place ☺️🤎

@@Tyrajohnnae Thank you for that. I'm starting to get a lot of essentials now so that I don't have to get everything at once. Would you say I could probably expect to pay $4500-$5,000 to get in to a place with $1500 rent, deposits and fees? Thats the part Im insecure on. Im a planner and like to plan ahead.

So if you have 1 year experience you think it would be okay to travel?
@Tyrajohnnae Жыл бұрын
Yes but only take assignments that you feel comfortable in within your specialty. If you feel like you need more experience, don’t travel yet.

Please I graduated high school last year and I was admitted to a university for BSc General nursing which is 4 years degree . When I'm done with my nursing school can I be a travel nurse and how can I do that ? Or during my school for nusing can i be a travel nurse ?
@Tyrajohnnae Жыл бұрын
You will need minimum a year experience before you can travel. I wouldn’t rush the process though, you want to be comfortable with your specialty when you get travel contracts. Don’t rush the journey, the contracts will always be there. Praying you have a good nursing school experience 🤎

Tons of respect for you ,its like being at sea on a ship no place to spend the money. Open an IRA it reduces your taxable gross. Going with a trusty friend[s] is genius as is walking to work ,expensive to rent a car and gas it.

took my PN EXAM April 12,2022. I Pass WITH 109 questions. Don’t be scared. Be positive and if you are a believer just live everything in God hands after your studies, Don’t lean to your own understanding you will fail. The importance is to pass and not the numbers of questions. I used UWORD and Mark klimek only to study. When I finished my exam my spirit was calm and I had that inside peace. You should have a plan for study and time to relax. NCLEX is just straight forward. Proverbs 3:5. April 13,2022 UPDATE!!!!! I went to Virginia board of nursing and I PASS. So since yesterday I didn’t check or use the trick for checking result. I just have faith by posting without knowing my result and trust GOD IN THE PROCESS. Glory to him.🙏🙏
