The local liquor store has all the expensive bourbons because no one can afford them anyway. He told me I could buy the Staggs and Wellers at the top with a discount (but needs more motiviation) which have been their all year round so no hurry while inflation takes my dollars.

Hey Major Lots of nice Bottles out there ...... Just got back from Tulsa, Ok picked up a good woodford double oak store pick sat in hotel lobby with a couple old boys from Kentucky and killed the bottle went back the next day and got another to bring home,,, and also picked up the Basil 10 year but never tried it yet .... I actually like the banana notes on barrel proof, for me it’s more of a caramelized banana not artificial like Old No 7. I feel like if you get a good store pick on these, the proof points don’t matter nearly as much.

Knob Creek 12 is just right. I like Knob Creek 15, but oaky. Knob Creek 18 and Elijah Craig 18 too oaky at 100 proof. 🥃

I've seen several of your videos. You really should stop hating on Willet apot Still. If you don't like it that's your opinion. Don't buy it if you don't like it but you really shouldn't be hating on any particular bourbon. I've seen it rated as a 7+ on a scale of 1 to 10.

@@MajorXero I'm just a coffee and bourbon nerd. I've made a tincture with alcohol and Tongkat Ali. I would suggest getting coffee from a local roaster it would be way better. They can even grind it for free.

@@MajorXero We do not have hunting here in Sweden unfortunately, we have only one spirit shop that belongs to the Swedish government (Systembolaget) ... I'm travelling to Germany to hunt twice yearly... The bourbon here is too poor, my favourite place to hunt there in my wife's country in Taiwan... A few new bourbon bottles every year... I like bourbon and scotch both are amazing...

I've my own bar home 😁 I've the most important bourbon stuff like ( Buffalo trees,10 ER, Stag, Wild turkey 101, wFR DO etc I mean I've the foundation of bourbon ...
