The David Nicholson Reserve is a bourbon with rye and the 1843 is a wheated bourbon. I have a bottle of the 1843 and really like it. Both of these are from Lux Row.

The Choya Umeshu (plum liquor) is worth a try Mr. MX. Either over rocks or as a cocktail with tonic 1:1 or Sprite 1:1. Eating the plums at the end is also fun. It’s got a kick.
