Loosen the tensioner bolts, then tighten it back down - hopefully with a new timing belt. Either way that motor is going to jump time with a belt that loose.

For rebuild the pump? It doesnt matter which model or year.. just disassemble it. You can see the seal and bearing numbers and buy them..

Its better you can mark it. However if all fins are same size, ( after checking through micrometer , vernier caliper) its doesent matter the slot number.

The air will be from the over flow, I’ve used this method to bleed rads many times, the rest of the water will slowly fill the over flow and bubble while doing it

Flat edges inside - round edges out side . Just imagine centrifugal force. If the flat edge faced out side , the outer ring may damage.
