In America, the prisoners has a right to a 60sq ft cell, with a bright light to turn on/off, a desk/chair to do his/he legal writings/studies upon, a flushable toilet with 1-rolls of toilet paper per-week, a hot/cold running water sink, a wall mirror with two(2) Bic razers per-week, two(2) tiny bars of soap with softeners therein, a shower towel and wash cloth, a 10 min hot hower everyday, a rack withmattress, two(2) sheets, blanket, pillow with pillow case, two(2) pairs of socks, two(2) pairs of shit and pants, pair of shoes or boots, three(3) well balanced nutrition meals per-day of several different kinds of foods served at each meal, four(4) different servings of food upon each tray of food, with cool-aid, 1/2 pint of carton milk and coffee, incoming/out-going mail each/every day, exceptSunday, sealed legal mail, legal paper, ink pi, five(5) sheets of carbon paper, envelops, legal envelopes, postage stamps, delivery of five(5) legal books six(6) days per-week on exchange that are ordered by the prisoner, visits by legal attorney,2-hour vist each week of friends and family, possession in cell of Bible, religious materials, legalwork, personal property(fan, radio, commissary, family and pictures...etc...), a hour recreation outdoor(if not below 42F degrees) or indoors dayroom with table and TV at whatever channels the prisoner want to watch, medical/dental, 2yr given eye-exam with new lens and eyeglasses Fram to wear, air-conditioned cell environment. A far, far cry from a prison in communists Russia prisons (see above video).

Wonder how it is to be a guard or other employee at these prisons. Where do they live, especially if the prison is isolated from everything else? Two days away from home? And the support system for the prisons, gotta have medical staff and supplies, food delivery, lightbulbs, trash removal, dog food and care etc. There’s a lot of non prisoner people that also have to deal with the grim environment to keep those isolated prisons working. Seriously just curious how that’s dealt with.
