1:04 IL-6 (inflammation is much lower in wholefood plant eaters - lowest in the world according to bill gates Foundation study of over a hundred countries done for around two decades) IL-6 prevents iron absorption, via hepcidin production - so while vegans may possibly be iron deficent (and that occurs - if they eat refined-food) wholefood plant based eaters won't be Furthermore red blood cells last longer in low inflammatory diets Lastly the only people globally that average normal BMI are the whole food plant based eaters - while omnivores are the furtherst from averaging a normal BMI, according to the same bill gates Foundation study of over a hundred countries done for around two decades. Note iron deficiency, is casually correlated to obesity, where systemic peripheral inflammation, (in-part) via IL-6, causes iron deficiency - so obease people are usually iron deficent and usually poison animal eaters - the prevalence of obesity corresponding with the amounts of poision animal eating consumption (i.e. sea creature eaters are bigger than ovolacto vegetarians, and dead bird eaters are more obease when they also have dead sea creatures and bird eggs and cow teat milk, and omni (meaning all) voure (meaning devour) are the largest, thus omnivores which eat all the above are the most iron deficenct. So how do we lower the hepcidin, to increase iron/ferratin/Fe+3 in the circulation - any ideas of supplements - given supplementing iron, increases HPE gene expression which inhibits ferroportin, which decreases iron plasma levels - so what do we do dog? 🐶 🐕 Obviously supplementing iron isn't the solution, neither is systemic inflammation - what can be done??? Meat eaters just need to eat their greens to avert this issue - vegans just need to stop the nonsense eaing of refined rice/grains/pasta with ketchup, 😅 and hilarious junk-food-junkies habits like that, and go wholefood..... The word food means to flow from the breast and to nourish, and malnourishment from refined garbage is not nourishment, this not food, whole means healthy and whole food is necessarily nourishing (thus necessarily not malnourishment) and is thus food - etymologically speaking.

Can there be a condition in which ferritin deficient but Hemoglobin level normal ? How does it occur?
@medbrain45344 ай бұрын
Ferritin is storage form of iron. In the initial stages of iron deficiency, only ferritin is low but hemoglobin could be normal

@@medbrain4534 Thanks today I discussed with my friend she said there may be condition in which iron full fill requirements for heamoglobin synthesis but may be not sufficient for other functions in body as it also support healthy skin nail etc ...... Could this also be a reason?

Also add hemechromatosis condition where Hfe gene mutation take place so there is no inhibition to ferropoetin thus increasing serum iron [ iron overload ].
