Depends what taxes you refer to. You always pay the purchase tax. And, for example, if you would rent out the property, you would pay tax on the rental income (which is also true for people who don´t have a Golden Visa!). While overall property transactions in Spain are decreasing as a result of the higher interest rates, the segment of international buyers remains very strong.
