Right!, the high mortality rate from disease during the Civil War is a stark reminder of how primitive medical practices were at the time. Despite the bravery of the soldiers, the lack of medical knowledge and proper sanitation contributed significantly to the tragic loss of life.

Incorrect! or misguided. The cultural center is actually the leading organization in supplying grants and opportunities not only to people of color / low income communities, but also with programs for outreach and growth. Never hurts to research something before discussing!
