WHAT ABOUT THE ASBESTOS?? No mention of the mass amounts of asbestos present in the area. Its in the air, any time you stir the dirt. The numerous superfund sites? The HUGE counts of Asbestosis and Cancer?

Triceratops my ass. Where's the rest of it. Where's all these excavation videos of these dinosaur bones and how come they can only find pieces and not the whole damn skeleton. Look up excavation of a triceratops. Won't find nothing. Look up excavation of a Stegosaurus. You won't find nothing. But y'all have all these entire skeletons with no video proof of the excavation of each certain skeleton that they find. Dude picked up a piece of rock and said it was a tooth. Well if you believe that I got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn. There's tons of video footage of them finding mummies in the valley of the Kings so why not video footage of them finding these dinosaur skeletons.

I want to live here badly. I hate the state I'm from (I'll keep the state to myself), and Montana is my dream state. I want the small town feel i grew up with and the beautiful mountains, rivers, and trees.

Libby was a huge superfund area due to asbestos from a nearby mine. I know several people with health problems or have died because of it,
@MontanaCountryBoy406Ай бұрын
Is it gone though?

@@MontanaCountryBoy406 They dug up peoples yards and did a huge cleanup for years in Libby so I think it's safe, but I would have any house inspected for asbestos before I would buy it. Personally I wouldn't want to live in Libby. It also has an inversion problem resulting in poor air quality in winter.

I drove over 600 miles to this place, closed, but the store was open, bought a couple bags, not even one stone! I’m a collector and wanted to add to my collection, I also facet my own, I was pretty disappointed, I could have bought stones for what I paid for just gravel! Good luck tourist

Chico is a going concern these days. Livingston has been discovered. Back in the mid/ early 1960s, Chico was just a shadow of its former glory. The plunge was the main attraction and the bar and a delicious burger. Then the whole place changed hands, the new owners saw the times changing for a money making investment. The rest is history. One can bring their camper/trailer there for a healthy fee and relax for a week or two. BTW, the plunge was covered until the roof collapsed in 1957, never to be replaced. A lot of fun being in the hot water during a blizzard in the winter. 😅
