Update: I’m doing this right now. The site does say it’ll let you print the form and fill it out in black ink. Also, we booked ours online and they sent confirmation emails and texts to confirm.

They require the expedite fee and they will not book an appointment until after you pay the fee then you have to wait 3 business days and call back if passport is not received. After that, then they will look in to an appointment schedule.

Trust me, I understand and completely agree with you! Cruising is fun, but there are so many other ways to enjoy life. My channel constantly takes a hit because it's not focused on one niche, but it's all good. I still enjoy creating content because of it.

I made an appointment over the phone.. went to my appointment with all my paperwork in order.. they didn’t give me passport same day… said they can ship it to me or pick it up next week…..

Next closest with appointments is New Orleans! Can’t fly there. What should we do?? Keep calling and hope for a cancellation in Miami?

Hi Timus, thanks for this info. Do you have to fill out the form before calling? On their website it states 14 days if you haven’t applied or 5 days if you’ve already applied. I’m not sure if they mean filling out and submitting this form before calling means call within 5 days from your travel date or if it’s not filled out before calling, 14 days.

it is astonishing to see how primitive the related services are in the so called most developed country in the world. do you know how easy it is to apply for a passport in China? not to show off but I believe the department of the states really need to improved their services. in China the related services are authorized to the Bureau of Exit and Entry which belongs to the police departments.I think it is because it is convenient for background check. there are 34 provinces in China (almost equal the size of a state in the USA), and in every county or a district of a city of a province there definitely would exist a branch office where you can get your passport, if you lives in a town, that is off the record. you need to fill out zero form, because the bureau has your criminal records, if you're charged or being listed of the wanted, you can't get a passport, if you're done with your term, that would be fine to grant you one. you don't need to book a reservation, no form, no itinerary, just get to the nearest service branch at working hours, take a picture input your fingerprints, and pay your fee which is 15 USD, and that is it. you can get home and wait for about 3 day, you can get back to retrieve it with your receipt or just write down your address and wait for it to be mailed to you for another mailing day since its the nearest branch to your home, if not it can be delivered to you within five mailing days in every corner of the whole country. plus, if you're working during Monday to Friday 9to5 which is also the bureau's working time, you don't want to use your annual leave, that is fine, you can get to the capital city of your province taking a bullet train in a waiting interval of 30 minutes at most for 24/7 within three hours at a cost of 10dollars on top no matter where you are in your province on weekends, the largest branch of the bureau there will be remaining open also 9 to 5. if you don't want to occupy your weekend, you can call the service number or paying attention to their official website, the bureau might wage a overtime services from time to time, usually could be 3 to five hours after normal working time, with all kinds of services just like the usual time. since usually only the capital city owns a international airport, that's pretty reasonable.
