The towers were iconic and such a huge part of the skyline that can never be replaced. But people don’t miss the buildings. They miss that era of time. The early 2000s and before. It wasn’t perfect but it was a great time in the city. Late 80s early 90s has to be my favorite time as a young kid in New York. I miss those memories unfortunately the memories I have part of it aren’t there anymore. It’s like your childhood home being knocked down for something else. You can never go back and reminisce. That’s what I think people miss the most. When it’s no longer there all you have are your memories. Those fade more and more when you can’t visit the spot you had great times in your life.
RIP, Larry Storch; January 8, 1923 - July 8, 2022 en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larry_Storch

I wish the Twin Towers got to stay around for more of the 21st century. At least the 2010s and now

Kaufman, for all his extraordinary wit, is clearly uncomfortable here, and carelessly indifferent to the camera., sitting in a rather uncomposed way and fiddling with his fingers. He also, for such a legendary lothario, is incredibly ugly. But power is an aphrodisiac.

An all-time favorite! Always happy to hear this again. Thanks for so much great music. Missed this on the reissue a couple of years ago though I get why and the reissue was still awesome.

2023, and I will never cease to be in awe of the greatness of these twins!😍🥲 Another video quality from the 00s - only immerses in this atmosphere, completely transfers to that place 20 years ago

At least the twin towers made it to the 2000’s a new millennium but after 9/11 america would never be the same again

At the end of the video, the scene of the 3 "teens" walking together probably in NYC, handling their guitar and joking, is just heartbreaking... i loved Comateens and still do, i loved Oliver North.

it's so sad the twin towers only got to see a year and a half of the 2000s rip to all the 9/11 victims and may a 9/11 never happen again 🙏

Maybe someone else is wondering, like me, whether Bud and CeCe were able to keep their marriage going. I checked, half-expecting to find that they divorced at some point. But no, they stayed together until her death at age 57 in 1981. Bud lived another 20 years, until August 2001.
