Удивляет, как Данелия фильмы снимал. Всё такое вырубленное топором,как уха мужская на природе и это такой кайф. Из современников , наверное ток Нолан такой же, самая близкая ассоциация

That's amazing ! They were shipwrecked in their little sailing boat and on the beach were washed ashore there just happened landed was a BMW motorcycle waiting for them to get on and start straight away with one kick on the kickstart and ride off on !! Or were they carrying the BMW motorcycle under the floor boards of their small boat ?

Cuando escuchas el himno aleman sabes q esa gente no estaba bien ni psicologica ni mentalmente . Eran victimas de su odio y fanatismo.

At first when the two friends were talking about Covid new flu. I thought that Victor looked so ill and shaky, with feverish eyes, so to have got it and going to die 🤷

my grandmother told me that when she was just born, the war was in full swing. her mother did not want her to be born and tried with all her might to get rid of the child as soon as she realized that she was pregnant. they had to hide in the basement of their house while the Germans lived in their house. They set up headquarters there. grandmother said that they were good and did not touch her, sisters and mother. they allowed them to live. but the fear was still great. my family was lucky in that moment. The Germans came to their village not to burn it, apparently they had other plans. my grandmother and her mother were much luckier than the residents of Belarusian villages. Thank you

The realization at the end while he is shooting the portrait of hitler is so intense! The moment he saw that once innocent child with his mother, he couldn’t fire a shot..because he wouldn’t be so different from the Nazis if he did… that took guts. Amazing movie.

I think no one has ever delivered the feeling of nostalgia one feels when they grow up and revisit their childhood home or memories than tarkovsky through this film.That wind gushing scene...wow.🖤spoke to my heart.

I think the way he remembers his mother in memory is in her older form, when she is old and not as her younger version cos how can a mother of such little kids be that old?
@artcountry7062Күн бұрын
This is the first film i watched that vividly painted how nostalgia looks like, this film is how it feels, the homesickness for a dream, a place non existent but still within you, the silence, the childhood memory, an untouchable imagination, a wistful eye into the past.

The novel “LIVING AND THE DEAD” by Simonov from which is the original source of the movie, is even a better read. A brutally honest yet engaging view of the uncertain times that was 1941. A brilliant effort to make it into a movie and subtitle it as well by Mosfilm...
