Hi Kerri, if you would like the recipe, just click the "more button" near the description it will open up for you and the recipe is there. Make Sure you layer lots of brown paper in the pans prior to baking...as it does take a while to bake..Best wishes to you...

do u need the almond flour? i only have coconut flour, but I would rather not use it. so wondered if it could be made without it?

Yes you need a little almond flour to bind .. and give a bit of bulk. Coconut flour would not be suitable. Best wishes.

Obviously "truth in advertising" does not apply in main land china or on the Internet. But in most countries around the world it is an 100% requirement. Goods, property, cars etc must be advertised truthfully....but i am sure many do not adhere to the rules. The internet is rife with inflated descriptions of products for sale. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment...on the whole the rings are pretty and I enjoy wearing them when the mood strikes...

Life is filled with bitter sweet memories of places, times and people… many seem transient and temporary in our lives… but ones memory holds all within… life is a series of experiences some delicious others difficult… places can bring back many memories… time and people will move on… Bondi, and it’s charm, it’s crystal clear waters and golden sunny beach will remain for eternity…thank you for your comment… and taking the time to watch…
