Stars change. Stars die. If we can see galaxies light years away, even if the universe is expanding, it's because their light was already on the way to us. It just takes massive amounts of time before they reach us. Like stars, what we're seeing is just million years old light going on us. Yep.

More massive black holes have some kind of ring that orbits around them, like the ring of Saturn. And some people say thats a part of the black hole, just like Saturn's rings are part of Saturn. So if you agree on what they say, then yes, our Galaxy is a black hole 👍.
