What is the hot water source?
@SteddieProjects17 күн бұрын
The hot water is just tapped into our house, hot water with its own valve, and a drain valve in the basement. Come fall/winter time I blow it out with an air compressor.

@@SteddieProjects Thanks. So I want to put an outdoor shower on an exterior wall that has no dedicated hot water plumbed anywhere near it. How would I deliver hot water to that shower then? I guess I don’t understand.

I bought an 8n two years ago off a neighbor. According to him it sat 20 years. I paid $300, that is what he said it was worth in junk. It runs well now. He has another one that needs the engine rebuilt. He said I can have it for free. Thats my next project.

No real view of the PTO shaft ... so if you haven't already, make certain to convert that non-live PTO with the over-running clutch adapter. I've been pushed through a 4 rail fence while not knowing about the inertial effect of a bush-hog on a non-live PTO. Oh sure ... people might say, but there's a disengage lever ... but routinely that lever won't function with a load on it from the PTO. The adapter is not expensive and can save your life.
@SteddieProjectsАй бұрын
Yeah I have the pto over run adapter, with these 8ns it’s a must! Thanks! the info is always good to share though so everyone knows. 👍

Just ordered that Jig from Just 8Ns. thanks for the tip Noticed that my Lift when in the lever is in the up position I have to move the big lever almost all the way to the top to get the lift to even start going up.. And it goes up vary slowly. when the little lever is in the down position it doesn't even work at all. Also noticed the oil in the gear /hydro case the oil is clear at first but after running it it becomes a slight milky texture.
