Wow these videos. I just paid £4.99 for an M&S one cos they are rare and got 2 sandwiches and 2 salads// n dairy, no fruit and beg, no ready meals, no bakery etc.. rip off

I had the same thoughts as you, I felt guilty all the time. To lose weight I had to eat low calorie food full of rubbish. Try to eat healthy now and feel so much better without the guilt. I try to eat food without additives in. Yes I’ve put weight back on but I’m much more happy.

I’ve subscribed to your channel now you’ve left SW. they are ultimately out for the money. So restrictive, no education, ridiculous syns etc. calorie counting is the only way. Good luck x

Great video as always Denise, I will certainly look out for the sea bass when I next go, sadly Andy doesn't eat cheese (can you believe that 🤣) otherwise the scallops sound lovely. The shells would be nice for making a small prawn cocktail in. Funnily enough I went into Norwich the day you bought out this video, I would have definitely looked at some of these dishes though. I did get the margherita and pesto ultra thin pizza, the pesto doesn't contain nuts, so pleased I checked the ingredients. You look really well and your dress is lovely xx

Love fish! All sounds very tasty. I've given up on sw and feel so much less stressed. I've moved over to calorie counting and feel free (I know that may sound mad but I was turning down invites to anything that included food. Now I'm still getting my 5 a day bur I can also have a treat that's NOT a cereal bar) Thanks for showing all your fantastic food. You're looking fab, you must be so proud! 🎉
