Assalamu Alaikum, I love this dua from surah Naml Ayat 19 : "My lord, enable me to be grateful for your favour which you have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to do righteousness of which you approve, and admit me by your mercy into the ranks of your righteous servants". When i came across this dua, i literally started crying subhanallah because i thought "Allah decreed for me to find this dua" Alhamdulliah Alhamdullillah. There are so many beautiful duas in the Quran that Allah, out of his infinite mercy and kindness and wisdom has put for us to find and read ❤❤

recently i love this dua "Allahumma inni as'aluka hubbak. wa hubba man yuhibbuk, wal-amalalladhi yuballighuni hubbak. Allahummaj al-hubbak ahhabba illayya min nafsi, wa ahli minal ma'il barid" which dua for seeking the Love of Allah by asking Allah's love and love from who loves Allah and make ourselves love Allah more than our family, ourselves and even the cold water.

I'm very new in Islam and just started praying. Do I understand correctly that prayers have to be in Arabic but Dua can be in my native language (dutch)? I have never done Dua but would love to do it, especially after this video. Very inspiring ❤

After Ramadan the Duas that I've been making the most that also has an attachment to my heart are La illaha illa anta, subhanak wa inni kuntu minal dhalimeen (if anyone could correct me and add the Arabic thatd be amazing) It's the Dua of Yunus (as) that he made when he was in the belly of the whale. Its a Dua that reminds us of Allah and increases faith, it can protect you from harm and guide you to safety, and it also is said that a person who sincerely says this after a Dua, that that Dua will be answered. I encourage whoever sees this comment to try reading it often and see the barakah that'll flow into your life❤.
