RE: Lockdown, Young Zuma's point of view makes sense but we have to be cognisant that there is no silver bullet to the issue. I'm fortunate enough to live in Sydney - where as you pointed out has a different set of problems to Africa, however, I'm Malawian and I know how that is ravaging the country. Medical system is not coping, the number of deaths are through the roof (not even reported). As it stands, every Malawian I'm in contact with knows someone who's died of covid. A dead person does not contribute to the welfare of the country. Right now, I would not want to be the person calling the shots on whether any country goes into lockdown or not - its not an enviable position.
