Let me tell you why we find it difficult to develop as country like the likes of China . China's discipline has bureaucracy as the main actor. Here in South Africa Bureaucracy clashes with tradition, culture and race. We lack bureaucratic discipline hence its difficult to move forward, everyone wants things done in their way, instead of dismissing difference for a common goal.
@idrissashaff93284 жыл бұрын
I agree but I believe our vast difference on traditions, culture should remain intact. We should not lose our ways but we all have common issues that need to be dealt with strongly without interfering or infringing on any one's rights. We just need to learn to work in unison as the majority.

Also,JZ doesn't listen to anyone, when he was demanding that Mbeki be recalled, ANC split and COPE was formed by they who were sympathetic to TM. When he was refusing to honour his word of 1 term and youth in his cabinet, ANC YL was disbanded, its leadership expelled, as you might be aware, Matthew Phosa who was on the top 6 at the time was representing the expelled YL leadership against his decision, as a results, ANC split again and EFF was born. According to Ngwaoko Ramatlhodi, who was the Minister of Mineral resources and energy, they (ANC NEC) advised JZ of the damage his relationship with the Guptas but he told them that they are his friends and were there for him ń his kids, this was in the Zondo Commission of Enquiries on State of Capture, as s results, he is where he is now because he didn't listen to his comrades. After Nasarec's ANC leadership elective conference, he was asked to step down, he refused until ANC threatened to remove him in parliament which had dire consequences. JZ was busy reshuffling the ministerial personnel at will in the middle of night without consulting anyone, which is against the ANC constitution especially the alliance partners, Cosatu and SACP, as results, the alliance split, Vavi formed his own trade union party. All above reflect a man who doesn't listen to anyone, do you think if he really didn't want TM to be recalled he would have allowed his recall, he was the ring leader, hê had a bone, remember TM fired him as his Deputy President, it was payback time. An interesting practical account of what has been happening and where South Africa is. I agree with the aspect of involving the masses in economic emancipation. We must use both China and capitalists as a reference point and come up with our own independent pan African solutions. I believe we can!
@thembelaty.79604 жыл бұрын
This is so thoughtful, this fact that there will still be devisions even amongst people who look the same, I didnt think about it, Zuma has wisdom really. But sometimes those devisions are caused by a 'third force' that even Mandela alluded to at onetime. The enemy would sow those devisions amongst indeginous peoples of this land so that they do not focus on the common enemy such as inequality. So some level of conciousness or decolonising the mind is necessary amongst the majority of this land.

My prob wth the previous episodes is dat it had an above fair emphasis on nasrec n how unfair anc has been to JZ , we know anc is not disciplined as JZ narrates n he too as a leader has sme blame abt wht is happening in the anc , pointing fingers on the indiscipline has been unfair acc to mie ! Amongst the things president Zuma did when he was still in power I can not forget. 1. He protected the country by not arresting Albashier( pardon my spelling) when DA and other countries wanted him arrested by SA, that was going to make us (SA) to be enemies with African countries. 2. He is the one who led ANC to suggest SA not to be part of ICC (International Criminal Court) anymore. 3. He is the one who firmly said "African solutions for African problems". Its a disgrace if someone says Zuma's 9 years in power are wasted years.
