Soo I am an indian these poses are more than just stretches . 1 0:29 . Is called a vajrasana it's best done after lunch/dinner to help aid digestion. Maximum for 15 mins. 2 1:04 malasana. This position is best done when you first wake up in the morning take a glass of warm water and drink . But be ready to rush to the W/C as this helps clear your bowls . 3 pose was just out of the world Idk . 4 . 1:55 Bhujangasan . It helps with back and neck muscle soreness. Do it any time . There are many variations do one that targets the right muscles for you . PS :- to the creator,, it would be better if you use the real name of the poses so people could search it and it will actually be useful for their body type . Hari om . Jai siya ram.❤
