After Undisputed( 2-4), Ninja(1-2) Ip Man, Raid (1-2) I expected real good fights in MK 2021 movie. But there are bad fights are continuing all movie. So short, too many changes of camera shooting, god damn, just remember fight Lui Kang vs Reptile or Johnny Cage against Scorpion in 1995. The movie is almost 30 years, but this two fights look good even now. Sequel MK without Scott Adkins( Johnny Cage is his character 100 percent) looks like a joke. Very interesting: How 52 Carl Urban will kick legs like Johnny Cage😅😅. I don't, thats .... Oh

I'm say this,you don't need all that time to put together a teaser and a trailer, we are in july,you still have August and September and October, so they still can show a short teaser and even costumes by November and December, many fans have already voiced their opinion on what should be shown in this movie to be successful, all todd garner and Ed boon and crew should think of what fans want they saw the complaints, the ideas everything, if they pay attention to what was said than they should already know what works and what doesn't, you don't need til next year to show fans something, I get the movie but a teaser and costumes, fight choreography that can be shown before this year is out,it's not that hard if they know what fans want to see and expect, I'll leave it at that,and they have to keep in mind August and September and October all got 30 something days,that's more than enough time to put a teaser trailer together and show costumes if they that much concern about making this movie great.its still early every other movie is showing a little something so their is no big secret, if they wait to long something may come up and delay this movie again just saying

Longer fight scenes will feature new fatalities

Damn why such a late release date?? 😩

So apparently there was a test screening of the movie. Considering they set it a year and a half away which is abnormal for a completed movie, it's not a good sign. I'm willing to bet we'll hear about substantial rewrites and reshoots in the near future. WB also did not mention mortal kombat during during cinemacon during their 2025 line up so it sounds like they don't have any faith in it being good.

This can't be real news unless todd officially confirms it,so we don't have no teasers not even full clear looks at some of the costumes and fans have to wait til next year in Oct they better hope nothing delays it like another strike or a pandemic me i believe it will be released around jan or February of 2025,the film has wrapped months ago and to be released so late of next year is pretty far away if they are so sure that will delay it,thats my opinion but that's to far away if any later of 2025 would be march the latest,and right now they don't have any setbacks or holdups unless some of the actors or other problems came up making the movie,but October 2025 i wonder what all the fans feel about this and not just a few who don't mind waiting that long

I'm actually surprised it's that far out. October is a great release month for it though. Downside to is that I don't think we're going to see anything for it until summer next year.

It's good you pointed out the actors really don't have much of the inside info on editing and release dates. I don't think there's any chance of it releasing this year. They didn't even tease it at Cinema-Con as an upcoming movie. I still think it'll be quarter 1 of 2025 though.

That nitara scene was bonkers, I was so eagre to see her and her fighting style…until….😅. I hope we have more fights, mystical powers, edenia and all the other realms, as much as i liked him, kano should stay dead if thats what sonya did, cant give him a cybernetic eye if she stabbed him.
