Susan, when you’re watching a video just change the speed settings to 1.5 or more so you can listen faster. I don’t have earbuds. I just put my phone in my pocket and listen while doing other stuff!

Adam, I just found your channel as I just saw you on a video with Kiltz. You said that you no longer eat butter and bacon. So, my question for you is, how do you cook your eggs, as I use butter? Thanks and Merry Christmas!!!
@CarnivoreToday4 күн бұрын
I cook my eggs in a pool of tallow. 😊 I actually render the tallow on the smoker, and it adds a nice smokey flavor to it and makes the fried eggs next level!

Looking wonderful Adam! You are also appreciated. Thank you for all that you have given of yourself to grow the carnivore community, especially as it relates to your great work and commitment to Healing Humanity. What you have helped Kerry with for the filming process and especially with the HH community is a great gift to those of us learning and making great strides in optimizing our health thanks to learning to eat a proper human diet. I enjoyed hanging out with friends on zoom the last two days and thank you for your part in establishing that website and community where we can support one another and interact. Be blessed today and always as you give so freely of yourself and your time to this cause.

I’m interested in ur journey to GW as I guess it’ll slow way down, the last 100 or 150lbs (not sure how tall u are) I’m about a decade older (60 soon) and Im a tough cookie. Nothing gets wgt to budge. Incl carni. I will be watching for tricks and hacks as wgt gets possibly harder to keep flowing off. U Are A PHENOMENAL Woman - woot! woot! GO LINDY

I'll try it again today for 3 days, mostly do KETOvore days, but this summer I did my first 3 days of Lion Diet and stopped bcz my two big toes suddenly felt extreme pain, my left big toe felt broken, couldn't bend at all without horrible pain. It was difficult to walk. Months later they still hurt, but I don't limp or anything and can move them fine, but the left one still hurts quite a bit if I bend it upwards. From what I've heard, this was oxalate dumping. Could take years to clear out the excessive oxalates from the body. Having a small amount of oxalates in the diet might prevent the dumping effect. I have to read more about this in the book I have TOXIC SUPERFOODS.
