If you walk on beach sand then review your footprints, you can see how your feet tend to align naturally under load.

«Does require special tools». Special tools that are super expensive and hard to find anywhere that doesn’t require to allow for time in shipment. Really do wish you could just put that in the title, so I could find a better video for my need which is fixing it right away.

Better still use a fixed front roller stand or fit a mobility bar on the wall next to bike.

For road tires .. finish at the valve ! If not the tire won't seat on the center rim channel and you'll lose enough space to make it practically impossible to fit it on your rim. Then use soap water that will make both the fitting and once you put air into the seating process easier.

An inspirational story and so pleased that despite the adversity of the situation there is such triumph in the end for all involved, thank you for sharing with the honesty and love I rarely see. I had a heart attack in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca which resulted in me having surgery, the cardiologist suggested an e bike and have loved it ever since. I now find myself gently using a normal road bike again, I now want a respray for it as well!! Thank you and wish you all the best.

Doesn't the new bike come with the steerer cut perfectly for the amount of spacers the bike comes with? So if I want to remove one spacer I cut off exactly the height off that spacer, don't I?

Thanks a lot for suggesting adjusting the b-tension screw! I recently got a new MTB and I'm still quite new when it comes to bike maintenance. I recently took the bike out for it's first good run and my gear shifting was horrible. Constantly skipping gears, which isn't great when you need them quickly. I looked up endless online how to's and everyone was saying to adjust the tension. What would happen is I would make the adjustment, and it would fix a couple of gears, but then the issue just kept jumping from one gear to another, and I was pulling my hair out as I couldn't understand why. Came across your video and followed your advice about the 6-9 mm gap on the b-tension screw. I then reset the tension again and only had to make minor adjustments to one of the gears, and the rest of them shift perfectly now. I was so close to throwing in the towel and doing a 40 mile round trip tomorrow to take it back to the shop to get them to fix, but now I'll get to go out on the bike instead. Thanks again!

Locks aren't there to make your bike unstealable; they're there to slow down the thieves. My biggest grievance is when bike racks are poorly located; often out of sight around the back of buildings etc.

I found the core is very important when riding roller. As you could see, his upper body barely moved, whatever he did. As a beginner rider I bought a set of rollers to ride indoor in winter, since it’s cheap😅. At first I had hard time staying on roller. My core was not ready probably. My upper body was dancing when paddling. I practiced over time now I could stay on rollers riding medium speed. However I still wobble when I pick up speed in higher gears. I use rollers when watching Netflix😂. I just ride rollers in steady medium speed to watch a couple of episodes for about 2hours.

Bravo! I struggled for over an hour trying to install a quick link. Then you came along with your funny little tension reducing tool and your method of using pedal leverage to close the link. I watched and rewatched another video where the presenter authoritatively directed me to use the pliers designed to remove the quick link to install it. He even smoothly showed a video of such. Thank you for allowing me to rehab a very nice mountain bike to add to my stable.

This is useless advice, this trick only works on a limited set of wheels/ tires. The only method i really see working is 1. Using an inner tire to seat the outer tire and then cut it out. 2. Use a big strab around the wheel so you need less air aka have more pressure to get the tire seated while doing the first pump
