You're an absolute legend 👍👍👍 thanks so much for this video I bought a 2nd hand Body Solid Fusion 600 in February just to give me some variety away from the free weights and the guide rods would slip out the bottom also, though I was wondering whether it was my unlevel garage floor contributing to it or not I did buy new Allen grub screws for those terrible plastic bushings as the old grub screws were pretty loose, however using those chrome bushings like what you did looks a good fix to hold it into place I haven't bothered trying to recable it yet as it's a bit of a 2 man job being an all in one trainer, however after I clear out a portion of my garage I'll put the Fusion 600 in an area I'm hoping is more level for the floor and I'll re test it out, but I reckon I'll follow your lead here in the end

Thank you for the video! I have a 2010 Pathfinder. Just got my AC fixed and 2 days later it was blowing warm. Checked the air filters and when I pulled those out some leaves had fallen into the blower motor and it started vibrating and sounded super loud but the AC was cold again! Pulled out the blower motor and sure enough there was a leaf inside there. Cleaned that debris out, put the motor back in, which seems like it forever to hold it up and get it back in place, but finally did it! Took a couple hours I think but its all fixed now! Saved myself another trip to the mechanic, learned something new and have ice cold AC! Thanks again!

I just watched your video because when I went to clean the filter, I notied that the bucket was full and I thought the pump must not be working. After watching the video and reading your comments, I should not be concerned if the bucket is full as long as the machine does not shut off. It seems you are saying that the pump doesn't kick in until the bucket is full. Should I expect it to drain down completely? Is that one filter the one large rectangular filter the only one I have to worry about cleaning? Thanks for all your help!!!
@ITSTHISEASY
@ITSTHISEASY 12 күн бұрын
As long as it doesn’t shut off and give you an error code yes it is draining. It waits until the contact senses the correct weight I am guessing and I am never there to see it drain but it does because the water level glass is always different when I’ve looked. As for cleaning the filter yes that’s the only one unless you get a clog in the bucket where it sucks up the water. There is a screen you could have to clean at some point but I’ve not had to clean mine. With the bucket out you can see it and should be stuck up inside. When you push the bucket in it drops into the bucket. Thank you for the question and it’s a really good dehumidifier once I fixed it lol 😂

@@ITSTHISEASY By the bucket I’m referring to the one that slides in and out of the dehumidifier. Every once in a while after emptying it it seems to leak water on the floor, like it’s not even going into the bucket. Not really sure if something misaligns when I slide the bucket back into or out of the machine. Guess I’ll call the manufacturer. It’s only about a year old so it should be under warranty. Thank you for the comment. I also forgot to mention in my video that you want to make sure that it has a chance to dry for like two days.. So I checked the weather in advance to make sure that it’s not going to rain and as long as it doesn’t rain it dries and stays on. I will also say as long as you put a good amount down and you don’t miss any areas you’re good to go. I also said I spray the inside on the tops of the foundation, including the wood where all the wires are attached. I haven’t seen one ant or any other bugs since I put it down again this spring. I’ve been using this for years because I had a carpenter ant problem. I hired a professional and watched how he put it on and all I did is mimic it with this chemical. The key is to put on a good amount, but also make sure that it doesn’t rain within two days. The siding gap may help some as well as you suggested, but I think the key is two days drying time with no rain .

I'm glad you had luck with that stuff.I tried it for a few years but finally had to hire a professional with products not available at big box stores. I had carpenter ants and that did nothing. Sorry about that. I also have carpenter ants and using this works perfectly for me.. I used to use a professional, but when I saw how they were putting the stuff on, I figured I could do the same. I like to do things myself and I also like to try to save money, which is why I also created this KZbin channel to help other people do the same. Another person also commented. I forgot to mention in my video that you need to make sure that it doesn’t rain for two days. As long as you do, that will have a chance to dry and be a great barrier for those bugs.. when I do that and also spray inside on the tops of the foundation as well as the wood, where all the wires for electrical go, I’m good to go. I also make sure I don’t miss any areas. I have a deck that’s about 30 feet long that I have to climb under. Make sure that I can spray the foundation underneath there. If I don’t I get those carpenter ants. They will find any place to get in that doesn’t have that chemical on it.

Thanks for the information. I wish I was in the US and able to buy your Ksendalo drying rack but it's too expensive to get it shipped to the UK. If anyone from the UK reads this and cares we can get an Ikea version on sale for only £2. Much less than Amazon sells it for! So far I have the pots & the SS utensil holder. Need to get the bolt and the nuts & washers then I will be all set. :) I just need to ensure my greenhouse doesn't drop too low during these "spring nights." Just one small point I would add is that new clay pots here in the UK seem to have larger holes, so, in order to spread the load of the washer around the pot surface my OH suggested it would be prudent to get washers as big as I could. My washers are 8 thread by 50mm and give a large spread across the large poot surface.

Hello again-- I wrote to you on your first video with your pump working very little. I am going to try your fix when I find those tabs and then I will get back to you. But my other question is I see that your bucket is FULL-- so the pump action should be working since the bucket is FULL- right?? But then why isn't the Bucket FULL light ON?? Can you explain the reason why that light is NOT on and yet the bucket IS full and thus the pump should be ON? Ad have you emptied the bucket at all and when doing this- does the pump start again once the bucket fills up again? Thank you for these in-depth videos.
@ITSTHISEASY
@ITSTHISEASY Ай бұрын
Hello again, my bucket in the video looks full but it wasn’t yet. Because it’s working now when it gets full immediately the pump kicks on and drains the water now. I have never had to empty the bucket since I fixed it. It’s been running now seamlessly for two years now. It’s set to automatically just drain the water and also keep the basement at 55% humidity. It would only show FULL of the pump wasn’t working so you know to empty it. Mine never shows full anymore because it just empties it when it senses the bucket is full. Take the bucket out snd find those two tabs and just pull them out a little. They need to make contact with the bucket or the pump will never turn on.
@ITSTHISEASY
@ITSTHISEASY Ай бұрын
Also, as you see in my video and just so you know I just watched it again because it’s been so long since I had to mess with mine. I watched it again so I could remember everything. The pump light is on because I want it to pump when it’s full. It have not been around it once when it was actually pumping to see it pump the water out so I don’t know if it ever says FULL. I just know whenever it knows it is full that it pumps out the water now and just keeps running. In the video the bucket was pretty full but it must not have been as full as the contact needs to start pumping the water. I am positive if you bend those two metal tabs forward a bit yours will work like mine did and you won’t have to mess with it again. That is assuming you have the same model and yours does have a pump. Also, you must use the little hose or it will not pump out the water. The garden hose outlet doesn’t work with the pump. If yours doesn’t have the tiny hose inlet or didn’t come with the tiny hose then you don’t have a pump in your unit. I do hope this helps you and please come back and let us know. Good luck 😊

Hello. I have the exact same problem and mine was purchased in October of 2023 but since i had a flood in my basement that was just fixed etc we just started to use this unit. So it is under warranty and homelabs sent me a new unit and allowed me to keep the old one. That is good customer service. But here is what my unit did. When i first installed the first unit the bucket filled and the pump started and i also have it stuck in the drain area of my washing machine into a drilled hole like you. The pump worked great. A heavy stream of water was coming out. But the instructions said to empty the bucket every 2 weeks to prevent mildew in the water. So i did it after 3-4 days and now the unit has stopped pumping altogether. The bucket is up to the top and still no pumping?? And no water coming out of the bucket either. No overflow? It occasionally turns off for a minute or more then turns back on. So I am not sure what is going on. I am thinking it may be the pump hose inside the unit that maybe fell when i removed the bucket the first time or like you said that metal piece. Is that the pump hose and how or what and where should i look for to check that? My tesl concern is that if i have to clean the bucket lets say monthly as they suggest that is what caused this problem to begin with. My old unit did not have to have a full bucket for the pump to work so u never had to worry about the bucket ever?? So please let me know exactly what they mean about the pump hose inside the bucket area falling down and how to fix it. Thank u and good luck
@ITSTHISEASY
@ITSTHISEASY Ай бұрын
When you remove the bucket the pump hose can fall down. I talk about it in my video. It’s the plastic part that if you pull down you will see a screen covering the hose. The screen is on it to prevent it from sucking up anything that can get stuck in the hose. If yours drops down when you take the bucket out push it back up before you slide the bucket back in. It just snaps into its location easily. It’s on the top right side you can’t miss it. I have also NEVER emptied my bucket of water since fixing it period. That’s what the screen is for so don’t bother doing what they said. As long as your basement doesn’t have dirt floors with you walking around all the time making dust clouds you will be fine. Just bend those tabs a bit. The one on the bottom pull up a bit on it so you can tell it’s bent up some and the one in the back pull forward a bit bending it towards you. Put the bucket back in and you’re all set. Make sure you press and turn on the pump button and you’re done if you have your humidity set. Lastly, the only thing I do once in a while is take the filter off the back and rinse it out and put it back on and press the filter button when done turning the light off. I also replied to you on my other video. Let me know how you make out. Good luck 😊
@montemag
@montemag Ай бұрын
@@ITSTHISEASY I will check that plastic pump hose- but not exactly sure what to look for. I see something that has a hinge (plastic ) on the upper right side- but it is up the top of the inner side of the unit visible when the bucket is removed. But not sure how to tell if it is completely up or ???? P.S.. I went downstairs before I sent this reply and pulled out my full bucket very slowly-- as mentioned I saw that plastic lever type of item with te screen on it and pulled it down and then pushed it up a little more firmly and the unit stopped running. In then put the full bucket back into the unit carefully and then checked the drain hose emptying into my waste pipe- and lo and behold there was a steady stream of water coming out of the drain hose- YAY!!! so I will allow this to run overnight and see if the stream is still coming out. So now as you say- I should LEAVE the bucket FULL? and that is that? Am I correct? Again I want to thank you for your replies. You are very gracious.

Tough question but I will try to help. All new routers have 2.4 ghz. Most have 5 ghz but also keep the 2.4 GHz because lots of things still use that technology. 2.4 is also better distance than 5. So you need to know your ssid for each side. That is what you named each when setting it up. If you cannot figure it out you could reset your router to factory and then it will show up. Sadly you will have to reconnect everything that was using the WiFi. You could also go into the router settings and see that way. I hope this helps you.

There's just no comparison. For starters: Bambu Lab is a Team of former DJI employees who raised 55 Million dollars on a kickstarter campaign to create this Core XY machine. That alone put them light years ahead of the 'race to the bottom' manufacturers. Prior to owning a P1P, I had a fleet of Ender 2 Pros (I also have the original Ender 2) and I had them fully tuned - since they're smaller they're easier to dial in than a larger Ender 3. My Ender 2 Pros have all been sold or given away. I feel bad for the newbies who are just getting into 3D printing and are under the false assumption that all 3D printers are the same - They're Not. Prior to Bambu Lab - 3D printers were kind of like Go Karts where it required tinkering galore and something was Always breaking or in need of attention / tuning. The Bambu Lab machines are equivalent to a New Car.

I have a P1S, I used to have an Ender 3 Pro plus various improvements. The P1S beats the Ender 3 to death in almost every way possible. The only thing I think the Ender 3 was better for is it had a USB port so it was possible to run Octoprint to control it. Otherwise the P1S is about 3-4x as fast, has ABL, a smaller footprint, larger build volume and my AMS makes it super easy to switch filaments.

I do understand this is a comparison from your personal use experience, however these are 2 different machines with different kinematics and should not be compared.

Thank you for your comment because they all help everyone. I do disagree with your statement however because that’s like saying we cannot compare our experiences with basically anything. I am sure you have had cars or ex’s or eaten at different restaurants etc. I am sure you have made comparisons in your life as well. Is it fair to compare a Lamborghini to a Buick Regal, of course not. But if you went from a Buick Regal to a Lamborghini I am 100% positive you would. All I’m really doing here is explaining why the Bambu Labs is so much better than the Ender 3 and hoping to save people some time frustration and money if they can afford it 😊

Thanks for the comment, they help everyone 😊 I am however just going to stick to the Bambu. So much less hassle and just a joy to print as it should be. No messing with settings. They just truly print amazing.

Creality does make a Ender that's getting closer to the speed of maybe the A1/A1 Mini, it's the all new core XZ Ender 3 V3 nothing after V3. It's a klipper machine and fast, I have the Creality CR-10 SE which despite the CR it's a Ender sized 3d printer Klipper based and it also is very fast. Not X1C, P1S or P1P speeds but close to A1/A1 mini speeds. I have an X1C so know what you're talking about the speed of these things. Oh, use Orca for all your printers, I use Orca for my CR-10 SE and my Bambu printers, you can do anything in it you can do in Bambu Studio and more. I have rooted the CR-10 SE and can see my printer when I click on the device tab of Orca just like you see the P1P in Bambu Studio.
