Thanks. I have 2 - 2005 Xterra’s. Wanted to do this VK upgrade, but don’t have the time. So I found a 2008 R51 V8 4x4. It weighs about 650 pounds more than the Xterra’s. Even with the added weight, the R51 Pathfinder with that 5.6 rocks!

Honestly, as we talked about before, it's that E-fan. I had the CSF with no shroud and ran the stock VK fan but overheated on a consistent hill climb. It took me going back to OEM radiator, Pathfinder fan shroud and stock fan for me to not overheat anymore. I have a shrockworks full front bumper with winch and it stays cool. FYI, the OEM fan on the VK gets uncomfortably close to the CSF radiator. ~ guy you got the steering rack from in sac.

@@conheck_offroad i wanted the CSF to work so bad but it's too big for the shroud and the modifications that I did to the shroud to make it fit cause the shroud to break loose on the freeway and jam into the fan causing the fan to stab the rad. I ended up swapping it up in a gas station parking lot to finish my trip. Once I did that - never overheated again.

I think the shroud on the efans is too restrictive and not letting enough air flow through the radiator. But I don’t know for sure

It drives fine. I’ve ran this truck with no swaybars for years. It will take a minute to get used to. With the titan swap suspension, you can’t run a front sway bar anyway

I ran no sway bars before I titan swapped and noticed a lot of body roll as well. You may just need a higher spring rate. Having a wider stance will also help. So you could add some wheel spacers or a negative offset wheel

I am currently T swapped with 700 over springs. Plenty of body roll on the highway.

Looks like in the beginning you press the wrong button on your mic. And your voice is being recorded on your mic`s internal memory. Led light should be blue, not red! Connect your mic to your PC via USB cable and check if you have any audio files there.

I like this setup. May I suggest adding a piece of 1/2” or thicker Plywood under your IKEA drawer to help with clearance. I want to do something similar with my xterra Which IKEA drawers are these?

I forget the name of the drawers. But they only cost roughly $100. I have them at that height to match the height of the fridge. Otherwise I would have kept the base plate of the drawers to have the clearance

There is an adapter plate that you can get for the manual transmission. Other than that, I don’t know too much more since I didn’t deal with that, but I do know it is possible to use it with a manual.

I’d recommend going with bora offroad spacers. They can make you a custom spacer specifically designed for your bolt pattern

The ones in this video are spider trax spacers. And a set of two cost roughly $150. the ones that I run now are bora Offroad, and they will cost north of $200, If I remember correctly.
