Good thing you had a front mounted winch. Maybe you should invest in a set of lockers?

It was all ice on those ledges so lockers wouldn’t have made any difference. I do have a rear locker in this video, and I now have added a front locker

If you didn't own a winch, would recovery tacks helped in this case?

It’s possible. But being high centered on a rock is one of those situations where you kinda need a winch. And the other spot I used a winch (to cross the small river) I tried recovery boards first and it didn’t help
