Excellent Colin, a double treat there, first oldie full EWS liveried 171 and db liveried ex Frenchshed 205. Great HST action, a lovely shot of screaming Colas 806 on the Dalston tanks and 92043 going very nicely. By far and away my all time favourite electric loco. As always excellent footage and great filming, enjoyed cheers Nick.

There is a part two in the pipeline with some good action in it as well mate, and that also has HSTs and redsheds in it. Hope the weather is being kinder to you down in Lancs than it is up here. Super good round up Colin, it was a long wait for the class 92 on the sleeper stock but well worth it, and that tank train is getting longer these day I think. The weekend is getting near so have a good one, Mike.

Fantastic footage Colin, great to see the Speed link workings, 86/47/60/and even a dutch 31.60077 if i remember had the Mainline logos applied and think it was only named on one side only 'Canisp', i could be wrong. Great seeing two of the four Freight connection 90's 128/130 the Belgium and French ones, and amazingly 128 retained is livery until 2003! As always really enjoyed, cheers Nick.

Cheers Nick, i do miss those speedlink workings especially on the west coast as they had all sorts of wagons on them and those freight connection liverys were a nice touch back then, only needed the good old DB one to complete the set that day. Great video, thanks! I was 10 when this was filmed and used to go to Saltley and Bescot. Only went to Washwood Heath once, probably around this time, but the sidings were just wagons and one random Hastings unit. Wish we'd known about this location!

Glad you enjoyed the video. I used to do a regular delivery to Saltley back then and once my truck was unloaded i would pull in to Washwood Heath and park up for a couple of hours before the long drive home.The fact i was in a lorry they must of thought i was meant to be there. I have some more i filmed there and will have to dig them out for future uploads. All the best, Colin.

On my doorstep, but I had pretty much stopped linesiding by 1985, and at the time of this video I'd been employed by the railway for six years and lost my youthful interest! What a shame too, as there was so much action still to be enjoyed! Thanks for sharing, I've subbed!

Another gooden from you Colin! Excellent amount of sector liveries on offer and even an earlier RF distribution livery. I do miss the running numbers on screen though but forgive you just this once! Such variety we had back then memories memories. The triple crossover was fantastic by the way, dont think ive ever seen one before. A really enjoyable look back to 1994 another cracker from you, cheers Nick.

Another enjoyable session Colin, more great workings and shots, you get your fair share of DRS workings mainly on the Tescos services. I have to go to Warrington Bank Quay to catch them as they dont operate near me sadly. Nice seeing Redshed Blueshed Maritime 4 there, and a great shot of 66740 'Sarah' working the tanks.
