Like other commenters, I was so surprised when the workout was done. It went SO quickly. Amazing session once again! Love all of your workouts. Inner thigh and abs are where I'd like to focus.

Whoops! Midroll ads are normally turned off for that reason, but occasionally we miss the setting. Next time you try this you shouldn't get ads.

I just did this with my mom, and some tips for people who aren't as flexible would be beneficial. My mom is a bit older and she sometimes has a hard time with the movements she is in good shape but she can't do a pike with her feet flat on the floor for instance. Some tips for people with some flexibility or mobility difficulties would be greatly appreciated, I love following your workouts and I like that I can do some of them with my mom too.

This is a good lesson in patience for me. The point of the exercise is slowwwww, and meaningful movements and I'm clicking my fingers going nextnextnext. That is typically where the workouts lose me, I want a fast pace and excitement, but I need to learn mindfulness and not everything will give me that rush. This was good, this one is one I will revisit.

Fabulous to keep learning … we evolve as our bodies evolve… slow doesn’t mean you’re not working or not challenging yourself… it is about that mind and body connection… using your breathe… great work 💯❤️ It also doesn’t mean that fast and sweaty isn’t beneficial… I love to challenge my body in different ways, life is all about balance ⚖️x 😉 enjoy xx

What a wonderful challenge. I have now done it twice. My bar has inter changeable bands. The second time I used a greater tension. I feel this has improved my posture and I definitely feel stronger for doing it. Thank you so much for your easy to follow along workouts.
