I'm so upset, I've not been able to start this challenge yet. I'm currently laid up with flu, since New years eve. Hopefully I'll be able to start Monday. Everything crossed.😢😢

As someone with scoliosis, I’ve always struggled with this workout. But the way you were able to help me connect the movements between my neck spine and legs made this make so much more sense. My form was horrible before, but this helps sooo much! Thank you!

I am so excited to have found you! I love to have made it through Day12 of this challenge. I'm already planning for a round two!! These workouts are amazing. I feel so much stronger. I can tell a difference in the gym and in my running in just 12 days!!

Lordy!😮 That was blooming hard going for a Monday morning 😮 I certainly feel I've done a workout, my arms feel like jelly. I did go heavier weights, not sure if that was a good choice 😂 Brilliant all the same. Thank you 😊 ❤

I just finished Day 5 of the challenge. I’m really loving it. It’s just the right level of difficulty for me-I’m able to keep up, so I feel encouraged. I feel energized each day when I finish. And later, I can feel that I exercised, but not so much that I’m not able to do it the next day. Thank you!

I can honestly say there isn't a workout from you I don't enjoy. This was absolutely marvellous. For a Monday morning this was lovely and stretchy. I feel ammaazzziing 😊 Thank you for always giving me a great wake up on a Monday morning 😊❤
