This house looks expensive. Why is it built with wooden frames like a farm barn and covered with fake bricks? Can't they just build it out of brick? Are bricks so expensive in the US that even the rich can't afford them?

Houses in the Midwest are built with wood. The brick is not fake

That was amazing. Only thing I'd change twice as big and under ground area with tunnels. JBL wall and ceiling sound system all over the place.

American homes only Wood hold maybe 80 years. In germany good houses starts at 100-150 years haha. Wood as isolation is not good too.
