I’m playing the Remastered version right now for the PS4 on the PS5 and mine looks way different than the PS3 version. In fact it looks worse! wtf did they do !

wish they had the classic version on steam instead. The visuals of the classic just look so much better. The newer version looks so faded.

both look great, but i prefer the angrier look tess has on the ps3 version. shes determined even in the face of eventual death and it makes her look tougher. also joel has seal eyes in the ps5 version?

Modern gaming/feminism motivated looks debuff for Tess. Negates plausible motivation of Joel to be with her and other NPCs like Malik(?) simping for her. Also reduces the emotional impact of her death.

For some reason, Tess looking considerably younger than Joel, at least in the PS3 version, somehow it seemed appropriate. Don't know why.

Tess ps3 more beauty and cute but when come to PS5 i think the editor need some mirror cuz the Tess or test is ugly

Holy cow I had no idea this was on PS2! I actually have this +2 Lost DLC's on X360 (and the exclusive theme) But if I would have known this was on PS2 back when I was a kid, this would have been great as PS2 was the only thing our household had. Wasn't until my senior year of HS I got my hands on the 360 and not until at least 2016 until I got TRU and bought the DLC stuff later. Had no idea theyd stay exclusive and makes me wanna dig out the old console lol 🙏🎮🕹️💯

Atleast it has that extra Jan Mayen Island bike riding segment. Never understood why it was left out in next gen version.

The expressions are kinda better but they are still not that good its a shame :( this game needs a proper remaster where the expressions are really good also other than expressions the og game didnt really need that much of a remaster but they still focused on graphics etc for some reason

PS2 all the way. They tried to make the PS3 version look more realistic (by that console gen's standards atleast), but it just doesnt work, it messes up the art style.

PS3 looks better with the model, their faces look a lot more "survivaly" and the PS5 face emotions are too exaggerated.

The hair looks nicer, I don't like how the faces look..

I love how what they change isnt the NEVER BLİNKİNG part but the smooth and nice looking texture of their skin. Reeeealy glad they added all the oozy shadows

The words with the lines like their mouths did not match up with what was being said in the original game and the remastered they're actually lining up and there's mouth and lip movement even better
