I have the same problem which is a broken differential (inside plastic housing of main drive sprocket). For me, the left side gear was worn down by the spider gears so I used a grinder and dremel to re-grove the side gear and then added a washer behind the gear to make up the space and help push the gears together. You can also replace the whole differential but it's not a cheap part and I've got the Dutch blood... We'll see how long my repair lasts.

😊Thanks I just got one of these and the clutch pedal is loose preventing proper active brakes and active clutch to change gears .... Mower still works but i gotta throw it in gear to operate the machine. I wanna upgrade all important parts like chains, brakes, belts after that watch more of🏆 your videos...do you have any engine work content on this mower??

Good day!!!! How are you? I watched your video and it's interesting. I have a problem with the gears on the WEED EATER WE261, someone was moving it and now the gears are wrong. When I put the lever in Neutral "N" (it goes in reverse) and when I put it in Reverse "R" (it stays in neutral). Could you help me solve this problem? Greetings and thanks!!!!

Seems as though you'd get lube all over the friction disc spraying it on the chains like that.

Fur me I got my mig welder out and just welded the entire clutch thing on the the outher parts of the housing and it worked great

If you plan on doing this for good go buy an Amsoil filter. It comes with a plastic drain tube that screws on instead of that stupid thing Toyota provides. I did that and have used the same thing ever since. Go back to OEM filter after that. Definately nice and clean and worth it
