Good villains are never just evil for the sake of being evil. They have good intentions, distorted world views, and back stories. A key component of a good villain is that they have something good in them that that the viewer can sympathize with. I think what makes a truly good villain scary is knowing how they were good and became evil, and thus shows how even we ourselves are only a few life choices away from changing to something bad

I wanna open a debate here: Even if the first part of the original movie is included, THIS version of the movie is STILL wrong... Someone dialogue are different in the Japanese dub (Example: the blue hair lady did not say anything about profecies and tears and bullshits. Or when Mew meet Mewtwon and Meowth translate Mew words, he/she did not say "power fo love and bla bla", he/she just challenge and insult Mewtwo) To be honest, I dont like End Dub of this movie, regardelss if the first part is included Here Mew is the stereotypes of the Pure Heart hero, and Mewtwo is LESS sympathetic and look like a racist rathen than a victim who is looking his place in the world or the answer to his most important questions "Who I am? Why Im here? Why I exist? What is my purpose? " In the Eng Dub Mewtwo has more clear ideas here and Mew is kinder (in the jap dub is not a Pure heart hero, is more realistic) And rhe song in the Originals vs Clones scene is not a song at all, it was a Sad background music (that has more emotional impact than a simple Anti-racism song)

Im going to go in hoping your not talking about the horrible english dub where they turned mewtwo into Hitler and cut out all the themes of Existentialism including the opening of the movie EDIT: 6:34 god dangit
