Hello!! Long time watcher, first time commenter. I've been suffering for about 15-20 years with chronic pain and issues like this. My right shoulder was royally screwed up, I was developing very unhealthy curves in my neck and back. I was training and trying to work through these things because I thought it was postural and muscular. It was not. It was all neurological. It turns out I had a category 1 atlas subluxation. I found an Atlas Orthogonal chiropractor and he completely fixed me. I don't even know what to do with myself anymore! I used to watch all of your videos and try everything out. You're fantastic! Thank you for all of your effort to help people. Very good channel.

I’ve been experiencing this, TOS, since I joined the USMC in 2019. I sadly could not stay longer than my four years because this pain is unbearable. If I wasn’t myself, I could see myself becoming extremely depressed because not a single damn doctor even mentioned TOS, although I’m experiencing every single symptom you can imagine. I just finished this video and let me tell you, you @TrainandMassage are my angel through and through. I felt sensations across my chest and neck like it was my muscles finally waking up after being put to sleep for years!! Im going to play this video religiously and hope for the best, which i know will happen😊 If just one time doing these massages can make me feel almost brand new, man oh man I could almost cry typing this. THANK YOU ❤

Getting close to 20K, so had to pop by to increase engagement. When I see a "hand-talker" like Adam, I wonder if they'd be able to speak if you tied their hands together, then I thought about Adam being tied-up, and well, it's best we don't talk about those thoughts in public...

Hi Adam, great content! I have 2 questions though: 1. Was there any particular reason why you skipped on stretching & strenghtening of serratus anterior that was pointed out in the picture in the Part1 as a weak muscle in case of Upper Cross Syndrome? 2. I noticed that I have better results when I spend more time on the release part (more than 1h because I also add other muscles related to TOS). However, it is hard for me to continue with part2 and part3 after that, due to lack of energy or time. Is it ok if I do the release part some day, and follow with part2 and part3(restore and retrain) the following day? Have you trained like that before? Or maybe the whole point is to do it in one session?
@TrainandMassage13 күн бұрын
1. I might have honestly forgotten, not gonna lie. 2. You can def just focus on releasing atm and then move into part 2 and then 3 on your own time. If you can do them all at once then great but if not, then separating them also works.

I’ve had terrible pain in my left arm for a few months. If I massage in the tricep area it’s very sore there and makes my arm feel like it’s going to blow up. Down to my fingers.i was getting it with neck, now it’s arm on own at times. My thorasic area has had terrible deep stabbing pains for years, mostly winter (due to being T Boned over 25 years back). Thats worse, too.

Hi, Adam. This is excellent! You have a new subscriber! May I ask on this note about a) PNF & b) serratus anterior if that area seems to hurt also with this(?) Thanks for being so thorough, concise, and helpful! Sheer quality content!
@TrainandMassage16 күн бұрын
Thanks for subscribing! I’m not sure what your questions is but I’ll try to guess. PNF is an advanced stretching technique that “tricks” the nervous system to let you stretch farther. Serr A is usually weak can be create pain due to trigger points or other muscles pulling on it
