By the way, what can I use instead of Italian spices ? I used chili cause I love it but I wanna try something else

depending on what flavor profile you are looking to do the world is open. You could take to a creole style with saffron, chili, cayenne, cajun etc... You can also add curry powder then slow cook chicken in the sauce to really twist it up. The sky is the limit!

I'm not normally a huge fan of kids but I have to say that your kid is actually super cute and helpful. Also, I don't like people talking to me like I'm a kid, but watching you explain things to your son was helpful in a non-condescending way.

It really is delicious and super easy. You can make a bunch up and eat them chilled or reheat them throughout the week as well!
