By the way, what can I use instead of Italian spices ? I used chili cause I love it but I wanna try something else

depending on what flavor profile you are looking to do the world is open. You could take to a creole style with saffron, chili, cayenne, cajun etc... You can also add curry powder then slow cook chicken in the sauce to really twist it up. The sky is the limit!
