My ancestors migrated from Wells to the colonies in 1740.

That's interesting as Wells cathedral which survived the reformation is just 7 miles from Glastonbury which like Tintern, did not! Did they come over with the pilgrims at that time, to become New Englanders? Cheers👍

I’ve been fascinated with the story of St Mary’s, lots of story’s with witchcraft and black mass after it closed. Been up there a few times at night and it’s got some weird energy. Always feel like somethings watching you.

Thanks for your comment! Yes, it seems there's mixed feelings about this place, yet I didn't have any strange sensations when there. However at night, your mind is bound to play tricks on you? Cheers!

I really appreciated this honest review. While there’s value in the technical, pixel-peeping, and AF testing reviews we often see on KZbin, your approach was far more practical and helpful for real-world use. The photos at the end were fantastic! Thank you, Nigel, for sharing your insights. I’m definitely getting this lens for Diwali. :)

Have lived in the village for the past 5 years and walked up to St Mary's almost every day. Never felt anything but peace and tranquility up there even in the pitch black of winter mornings and nights. It's such a special place and I urge anyone visiting the village to spend some time here

Hi I've got a go pro and tried this but it only took 9 minute videos, how did you get longer videos? My sd card is sandisk v30 256 gb
@NigelHarperPhoto2 ай бұрын
Hi Emma, GoPro's record continuous video in sections. So depending on your frame rate and resolution these segments may be short or longer. However they will be continuous though until your battery runs flat! Just skim through the footage and save the parts you need. You'll only need to actually download the clips that have captured the action of course. Hope that helps? Cheers👍
