For 3 weeks, we travelled through Banff National Park, Alberta, Yoho National Park and British Columbia to Vancouver. Then, a cruise to the Hubbard Glacier in Alaska, visiting Sitka, Juneau and Ketchikan. Then back to Vancouver for an Epic Whale watching trip!!

I’ve done the Canadian for jasper to Vancouver and I must stay you did the better train journey The Canadian doesn’t have overnight stops

Yes, I can understand that! The Rocky Mountaineer is a unique experience! However I'd love to do The Canadian from Toronto to Vancouver one day, that would be epic! Cheers👍

I've watched many videos about this trip and yours was very well done. I debated taking the trip myself, but opted for a cross-Canada, sleeper class journey on The Canadian instead. I want the train experience, not sleeping in hotels. I get a 5 day/ 4 night experience with gourmet meals and my own cabin for less than it costs for 2 days on the Rocky Mountaineer.

Thanks for your kind words! Yes, I would love to do the Canadian too, maybe one day? The Rocky M is a very different experience of course and yes, quite expensive, particularly if you travel Gold Class! Cheers👍
