Better way to do this is by exploring when you hogtie kieran. Instead of returning to the camp, you can freely explore the north of ambarino. You can even explore the mines without failing, and go as far East as the inbred family that grows ginseng.

Gonna try this on a new play through see if it still works March 23,2023 😂 I’d go all the way everywhere.
