I thought about it specially when I was struggling with double under w/sprinting. stayed with XL. I prefer longer ropes. They're mine anyway 😆

Jump rope keeps me alive . Your videos give me life and make me happy. I put one on in my apartment building gym and just zone out and forget about everything. Sweat starts dripping good thoughts start flowing and I feel alive. You are a blessing in my life thank you 🙏🏻

So my dad has never really worked out and I think it’s just a mental blocking and complete change to his lifestyle to start working out. And he also has bad knees and is overweight. I’m curious to how I could make exercise more of priority to him so that way he can lose weight and also live longer. Does anyone have any advice or been in this situation before ?

Thanks for this video! Here's the reason I've been curious about ropeless jump ropes: I have trouble keeping my arms - especially my dominant right arm - in the right position when using a rope. This is probably because I developed bad habits when I started skipping. Whatever the reason, I've been struggling lately to correct this when using a rope. My so far very limited experience with ropeless indicates they may help because they allow me to focus on locking in my arm position. I ordered some crossrope ropeless ropes that will attach to the handles I already own, so they weren't too expensive. Plus, they'll emulate the 1/4lb rope, which I use more than my other ropes. And when I finally get my muscles trained to keep my arms where they should be, I'll still get good use from the ropeless set when I'm somewhere it's not possible to use an actual rope. All told, I'm thinking I'll get a lot out of the ropeless set.
to be honest..jumping rope is the only thing i have ever looked forward to doing exercise wise.. i totally suck at it .i can ride a skateboard ..surf..but im a total fucktard when it comes to jumping...i think i THINK..too much about form vs just fuckin getting my feet past the rope without hitting my toes shins and believe it or not my knuckles which hurts like a motherfucker...anyway thanks for all the info and motivation....

I just started jump roping again and my calves DO NOT want to participate in another work out but my heart, the feeling of oxygen running through it like that for once in its life time CRAVES it! It’s so good for you.

My feet hurt from jump rope, but I think once you are at a somewhat lean state it won't allow you to loose that lower tummy flab covering your lower V taper. I think swimming is by far best option to burn calories.

Good lol if you’re willing to trade away great fitness advice and inspo that benefits YOU over sound effects that you find annoying, then you are not a serious person, and not one that I want to share a space or community with lol. Bye bye 👋

You need to learn how KZbin and general social media algorithms work. It’s not fake followers or falling off, it’s the ebb and flow of the algorithms.

My problem are my relatively short achilles tendons and calf muscles, despite regular stretching I'm still always developing problems when I'm trying to get into rope skipping. Really p*sses me off..
