Yea I am getting the Sh monster arts Godzilla evolved I am going to make a video about I am so excited for it!!

From a point of view I kinda get this guys point that a lot of big G's films feel lacking in the thematic sense and even though I have loved big G since I was five I have had a pretty tenuous relation with the new films as I feel they are unfocused of what they want to be and have moved towards a direction that while is more solid I think could have been better. However, Godzillas been in a lot of films and as a person who made it his goal to have and watch all of them (which I finally have) I can say pretty strongly Godzilla is a flexible yet very solidly defined charecter. He can fit in a good old ultraman style beat em up against a fun good enemy and be a blast while also being in a range of similar films that try more to tackle a subject like trauma or enviormentalism (he has a heavy focus on that.) Or be in a solo adventure as the center piece of a point usally being the embodyment of something like shin, 1954 and minus 1. But he isn't bad in any of these he's juat like a lot of comics where he has good and bad runs. Side note, I really don't love his fixation on the anti war thing and the line he treads with japan playing the victim. The point Godzilla isn't anti-war, it's anti nuke (at least the original) and while they aren't promoting war by any stretch It's more meant to reflect on the escalation of war fare and that through attaining a god like destructive force nature responded in kind with a being like nothing before that we couldn't destroy except with something as or more horrific then than what we created him with. Minus 1 and shin are more critisicm of the government for the views on the value of human life during the war and the other being its current sluggnish and inability to respond quickly when disasters occur. My personal Favs are the heisei and millenium runs with a good chunk of the showa era being good fun comfort movies that I put on and enjoy. But each have a purpose and use for big G cause much like nature I feel Godzilla is a neutral force for the earth. He dosen't fight for any other reasons than himself or for the earth and that is what I love about him.

@kaijucanuck4492 The biggest question and Hiya will never give us an answer also the longer we don't have it the more delays are to come also don't believe the 2026 release date if anything we won't see Scylla until 2027-2028 also Hiya has failed since there not giving us news even though there "supposed Defenders" say they do and we have no Concrete Release Date for Godzilla Evolved and there announcing new figures with no sign of release for the figures already announced are garbage Business Practices so until Hiya say's something anything new is meaningless.

Actually, HIYA is upgrading their Godzilla Evolved Ver. Including upgraded improvement articulation and better paint application.

So Hiya Toys is now making an articulated Scylla figure, meaning that we could possibly be seeing them doing Male MUTO, Scar King and possibly Tiamat too? Honestly, for me personally, I do wanna wait for Hiya Toys to eventually make an official announcement of the Final Wars Godzilla articulated figure since it’s one of the last Millennium Godzilla incarnations that they mostly done with them such as GMK Godzilla, Godzilla 2000 and yes, Godzilla 2002 which is currently being retooled. Hopefully they’ll drop this announcement sooner or later.

This might be off topic but it’s kinda related to the subject. If Scylla is revealed. Would Tiamat be next? Personally a Tiamat figure would be cool but I’m not a fan of the Kaiju overall. Tiamat is just Monsterverses attempt to make their own “Manda” by adding stuff on her and call it a day. While Manda is simple yet effective being a sea dragon, Tiamat is just a female Manda with extra fins. I know people like and glaze on Tiamat but I just don’t see why people like her so much. I only know her existence by the GXK movie and I had no idea she appeared in the comics. I don’t think I have to read the comics just to acknowledge a Kaijus existence. I should be watching the movies for that. Even Tiamats design in the comics looks more distinctive and more unique than her appearance in the movie, a little Manda like but different enough. Back to Hiya Toys, it would be great if they were planning on releasing Behemoth because at least he is unique being a Mammalian Kaiju and being a Mammoth/Sloth thing.

I hope in the final Monsterverse movie. The new antagonist/villain should be Monster X/Keizer Ghidorah. In Final wars which was the “last” Godzilla movie, Keizer was sorta the main villain. It would be cool if Keizer became the actual main villain like King Ghidorah but more powerful and can stand up against Godzilla Evolved because the concept of Godzilla Evolved was overkill. I think a Keizer movie would be similar to Final Wars and King Of The Monsters where we get to see iconic/original monsters but I wonder how Monsterverse would be able to implement Keizer Ghidorah that isn’t the same storyline as KOTM or FW. I’m hoping for a story that is different and unique.

I hope we can get some of the apes/red stripes from gxk

Scylla before a Skar King announcement, even before their official announcement. Their line up never stops getting more and more confusing. The figure however looks outstanding. The crisp detail on each leg, the tentacles spilling out of the mouth, the spider-crab crustacean resemblance. Cannot wait to cover it in green goo for photos
