This is so helpful and I am thankful. But I find the music awful. The repetitive, non-melodic literally makes my head ache.

Awful not only it goes too fast also no results post baking are shown

You're wonderful !!! Thank you for this super presentation. This is a masterclass. I've been baking at home and needed instruction on shaping ( easy number 3 for years). Thank you again !!!!

Thanks i go with 14 this time. But you have some good and easy techniques 👍👍👍🥨 PS on low speed the music is like in an creepy horror movie. Not for baking at night when you are alone lol 👻

This is so helpful, thank you! I just made a 4 and 5 strand braid using fresh milled flour... it tasted incredible and looked gorgeous! I had no idea that bread could be healthy... have you used fresh flour? I learned at www.unsifted.com

interesting and quite usefull! some of the shapes I didn't get, and some of the ones I really liked (and were easy) weren't shown done (at the end), for long enough. but what is really missing is showing the shapes baked, or only risen: some shapes looked crooked or ugly, but I have enough experience to know that while rising, some of the shapes change and uneven parts, become more even... thanks for sharing!
