Ok so sorry but the inch above the ankle I think looks ridiculous because you see the skinny part of your leg which makes hips look larger. Just my observation. I do agree about the shoes and I actually find heels more comfortable and looks good. The black backless loafer I think is pretty ugly and makes your feet look huge. I agree about the colours thing and make up tips. Some things that might be outdated can still be a good look so I wouldn't scrap things just because it may not be today's look. Might be time to start that great trend over again.

I love to wear leggings and they look good on me. What I don't like is all the long bulky tops you are showing. I don't like the way I look in them. I have lost 20 lbs. But they still make me look fat. I love to wear t shirts. The ones with a tighter fit. I have a lot of them with different fabrics and they slim me down. I am 72 and I am told from people that I look young for my age. I also think and feel young.❤

I agree with the person who mentioned reducing your inflammation with diet, but idk which diet is best. I’ve heard a lot of good things about several diets. For me, I try to reduce or eliminate toxic chemicals from my skin and hair products, as well as my kitchen pans etc, and my food. I’m at the point of eating single ingredient organic when possible. And only olive oil in my house, though avocado and coconut are also good. I wish you luck! I think this type of information in your videos could be great for you, and everybody who watches! EWG or B in a circle in a good place to start. Look for those symbols on the products you buy. Ilia is a good brand for makeup, and Everyone soap is good for the bathrooms and kitchen.

Please consider using and recommending vegan products. Animal abuse is pervasive in the production of animal products and there are a lot of great alternatives out there. Noize, for instance, makes beautiful and warm coats. Typology makes high quality skin care.

I have oily* mature skin, and I live south of I-10. 🦄 Jones Road is a no go for me. It just slides right off. BUT the Wet 'n Wild tinted hydrator is much cheaper and does not create an oil slick! Risa is my go to for oily mature skin. Not all of us are dry skinned.😂 Yes, it was cold here in Texas. Humid cold is painful.
