3:24 I think there is a high chance already cut section when rolled back in, get jammed and will halt print job.

Promising at first. But 0.35mm max. thickness isn't enough. Even our 240gsm GC1 paper is at 0.41mm thickness. We thought about buying the SC6000 but now rather go for a flatbed cutter.

What model of flatbed cutter are you using?
@DerFotomann6 ай бұрын
@@ferrahi-kaya We're going for a Vulcan FC500 now. Sadly no auto sheet feeding but seems to be a fast machine. Originally we considered a Intec FB8000. But Intec decided to not to continue this machine. Instead they replaced it with the larger and much more expensive FB9000.

Good only for ultra short runs (50pcs or less). Therefore, only good for producing samples/prototypes.
@@SuperMatt2112 it said light packaging. Meaning thin paperboard substrates.

It can do 100-200 at a time I believe. Card used is around 350gsm.

Cool feeding system. Just need a system to pull the weeded bits away. That would really sell me on a cutter.

how about colored paper not printed like ivory black, how does it cut
@SC-pr1eo8 ай бұрын
Yes, the camera will be inverted for white marks on Black paper. This gives normal (very) high accuracy. Or. You can use media edge detection. For no marks (if you can not add white marks). But this is less accurate, as the position of image on the sheet may vary depending on your printer

can you tell me for what the QR code for?
@SC-pr1eo2 жыл бұрын
The QR codes are used by Intec cutters to automatically find the cutting path, and cut your files without you needing to tell the cutter which job it is. i.e. You can leave the room, make coffee and when you come back the Intec Cutter will have cut the file for you. Ideal for CARD projects OR labels.

Hi bro can we make action from it to do same steps in bulk
@SC-pr1eo2 жыл бұрын
Illustrator, does not allow all these steps to be handled in an "Action" , however if you are versed in illustrator, you can create a SCRIPT file to do it. I am sorry, but that is not something I can explain well :-).. I have seen videos detailing how to create scripts in Illustrator for functions that don't work well with actions.

What is the name of the sheets of paper you're printing on?
@SC-pr1eo3 жыл бұрын
Hi Christel, The Lables are both Paper and Polyester labels manufactured under license for Intec, we sell these by the sheet (well boxes of 100 sheets :-) ). They are for Digital Applications. (i.e. Digital production presses), and are available through our European offices (currently they are not available through our USA office). The card we used in this video, is NOT Litho card...Most litho board, is similar in weight as it is in thickness. so a 350gsm board is often 350 micron. And, often the 350gsm litho board is not particularly stiff.. so users often beleive they need even thicker. The card used in this video, is Digital FBB and SBS based card. Designed specifically for the packaging applications. FBB (Folding Box Board) is a multi layer card, to create high strength, AND improved folding. However, it is LIGHTER than normal Litho based cards. So, will go through most digital production presses, like Ricoh, konica, and Xerox. FBB, or SBS based paper board is typically STIFFER, STONGER thus used for packing applications and suited for digital finishing. This makes is great for digital production devices, to print on board suitable for packing. Light enough to go through their digital press, but stiff and stong enough for packing goods (without the weigth penalty for shipping). The card we used was: Iggesund Incada Silk. It has a Caliper of 14.4 (pt) - If you are in the USA. OR.. 365 micron if you are in Europe. But, the weight is lower making it easier to print.
